Download
- Go to Zoom Download Center
- For Windows: download and install "Zoom Client for Meetings"
- For iPad & iPhone: Go to App Store, search and install "Zoom Cloud Meetings": https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id546505307
- For Android Tablet & Phone: Go to Google Play, search and install "Zoom Cloud Meetings": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings
Running Zoom on Windows
After installation, you should have a Zoom icon on the desktop, otherwise search for "Zoom" from the Windows search bar at the bottom left, click "open"
Zoom will open in a small Window:
Click on [Join A Meeting]
You will see the next screen asking you for the meeting detail:
On the first field, enter the 10 digit Meeting ID that in the invitation,
then enter your name
Leave the other 2 check boxes empty to let other participants hear and see you .
Click [Join]
You will get to the next screen to enter your password:
Enter the password you were given, and click [Join]
Zoom will put you to a "waiting room", and the host will see that you are there and let you in.
Running Zoom on iPad
Zoom in iPad follows the same steps as the Windows version. Here are the screen shots of the steps on iPad :
